Our beautiful country home is located among 14 acres of natural forest in rural Snohomish.
The house has two living levels. This house is located far away from the main road and accessed through an electric gate to maintain your privacy. The driveway is stone gravel.  The front porch of the house has a seating area with wood furniture. The main door connects to the open area concept living room, kitchen and dinning room. There are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom in one end of the house. 

The kitchen comes fully equipped. Please refer to the inventory list to view what's included in each room of the house. There are natural wood cabinets, stone tile and granite counter tops. There are 2 sinks and a kitchen eating nook. All the windows have a view to the fields and pine trees of our property. 

The open concept dining room and living room has soaring 18 feet tall ceilings with sky lights and multiple windows to view the fields and sky.
There is a door connecting to a dinning room balcony with stunning views.

The living room area is next to the dining room as part of the open concept. Both areas had been decorated using antique and new world finds mostly in French, Spanish and Indian style. There are many details through the house to enjoy. There is a small waterfall wall feature in the dining room area.
The 2 bedrooms on the upper level of the house have a queen size bed and a full size bed and they all share a double sink bathroom with a separate door for the tub and toilet.

The stairs to the walk out basement lead to a large open space family room with high ceilings. There is a large buffet kitchen area with high stools. The master bedroom is located downstairs and it has it's own private entrance and the whole downstairs area has a private furnished stone patio with propane grill. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower connecting the master bedroom and the family room.

We have open meadows and fenced areas where we keep guest farm animals that are always available to guests. We need at least 2 week notice before your arrival to move the property animals if you need to use the fields. 

This property is suitable for picnics, camping, primitive hiking ( we need advance notice please)
There is a sense of peace and serenity that all our guests have told us they enjoy here. It is rare to find a large natural property so close to attractions, food and main highways which makes it's location very convenient.

The property has several small natural ponds that are seasonal and we keep them in their natural state.

Thank you for viewing our listing. This home is very special to us and we want to make it special for you as well. This house has been built in beautiful wood to keep the country feeling throughout the house.
Please note that in order to preserve the peace and quiet of this sanctuary we discourage loud music.

*****The furniture in the house should not be moved out of place. There is a limit to people staying in the house and absolutely no PARTIES, GATHERINGS, REUNIONS, MEETINGS during your stay. 

******Any other family member or friends coming to visit you during your stay will need the homeowner's approval before your arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. We live in a sensitive neighborhood and our neighbors have complained in the past and they will complain again so if you are looking for a place to party please notice that this is not the right property or the right neighborhood. We are sorry about being so clear on this but we don't want you to be disappointed.

Please note that certain areas of the house will be door locked and have not been included in this listing description or images. These rooms double as storage rooms for our personal belongings when we are not using the house and are labeled as "Locked Storage" on each door.

Our 14 acres property offers diverse terrains and inspiring views of nature, wildlife and landscapes. We have some nature ponds hidden under a canopy of pine trees among the wildlife moss and ferns. Please feel free to enjoy fruit from our several fruit trees if the season is right. Cherries, Apples, Pears, Peaches, Plums, Nectarines, Chestnuts, three kinds of Berries and even Figs. You can also hike our primitive trails if you feel adventurous. The property is completely enclosed for privacy and to protect our rescued or guest farm animals that are now happy and enjoying our pastures.

Two Tree Frogs is also dedicated to the rescue of abandoned farm animals. There is a special peaceful and regenerating energy to this land and it is our hope to provide a peaceful and healing environment for rescued critters in need. We named our property in honor to the Pacific North West Tree Frog that habitat our property. They are hard to see but you can hear them sing in the Spring and late Fall. We purposely maintain most of our fields in their natural state to preserve the special rustic feeling.
